Project details: We were asked to assess the current A&E waiting area to see if there was a way to maximise its seating without compromising emergency thoroughfare. Being an exceptionally busy area with 24/7 usage, we had to ensure the chosen product was strong and stable whilst complimenting the architects vision for the look and feel of the space. We managed to increase the total seating area significantly with the use of a versatile benching system. It was so successful, it was then specified on another of the Trusts sites.
