Project details: Pi were appointed to work closely with the team including interior design, project manager, quantity surveyors the new North West Hub in Manchester. Combining two buildings from Warrington and Manchester and consolidating into one 40,000 sqft office across 3 floors. Pi were able to acheive a 37% re-use of product in the new facility, however still keeping with the new branding of the business and updated sit stand requirement.
