Project details: Pi delivered new CAT A+ space at 55 Strand ready for the tenants to take on with immediate occupation possible. The design had to be considered for multi tenanted spaces that would work for a vast array of clients. The finishes selected had to be neutral yet attractive for tenancy uptake. Pi worked with the landlord team to shortlist highly durable finishes and designs to compliment. The finished space provided collaboration, 30-40 workstations per floor, a variety of meeting rooms, receptions and breakout areas.
